This has been a tough week, it seemed to go on forever. Thursday I went shopping with a friend. I didn't buy much, just a tea set from an antique mall. It's been a good couple of days. Yesterday Hubby and I spent the better part of the day in the city. Today is the first "official" day of training for the Weekend to End Breast Cancer. I walked 3 kms, which really isn't that far but it's only day one and that is what was on the training calendar. My cold seems to be breaking up; finally. I don't get many colds anymore, (as you age you normally get fewer as you have immunity to a broad spectrum of cold germs) but this one was a doozie! I am tired. My four days off wer.e productive but not very restful. I accomplished more than I thought I would but there is always more to do. I slept badly last night and it was back to work today. Today I took a day off. I didn't have to get up at "0"dark thirty to exercise and rush off to work. It was great to sleep in until 7:30. We woke up to snow this morning.
